You'll receive an email when your order has been fulfilled. For international orders we advise to place an order a month in advance.
All orders are securely packaged to ensure quality. Some items may be shipped separately; if so, we will send an email letting you know and provide all tracking numbers for you order.
Please note that orders may be delayed around major US Holidays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for misdelivered/lost packages, but we will do our best to help you locate your package if this happens. Please make sure your address is correct before purchase, as there is no guarantee we can update it once your items are in production.

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with similar colors recommended. Tumble dry low, or hand dry for longest life.

Mistakes are rare, but they can happen. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours at johnnyandjunetees@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your order number, your name, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or store credit.
Returns are eligible for store credit only — we do not offer refunds. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to use your store credit toward a different size or style.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (smoke-free and free of pet hair). Please message us at johnnyandjunetees@gmail.com before sending your item back so we can make sure your return is handled correctly.
Include your order number in your return package and send us your tracking number once it’s on the way. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a code for your original purchase amount, minus any shipping, taxes, or rush fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back outside of these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
We’re unable to accept returns on certain items, including personalized or custom pieces, jewelry, hair accessories (like clips and hair glitter), seasonal or holiday items, and items discounted 30% or more
