Shipping policy

We take care of the details so your order gets to you as smoothly as possible.

Once your order ships, we’ll send over your tracking details so you can follow it along the way. If your order arrives in more than one package, we’ll keep you updated with everything you need for each shipment.

Our current production time is 3–5 business days, though it may take a bit longer during busy periods or for larger orders. Shipping timelines can also be affected by major U.S. holidays or weather delays.

For international orders, we recommend placing your order about a month in advance to allow time for both processing and delivery. Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we’re not always able to make changes once production has begun. While delays or delivery issues can happen and are outside of our control, we’re always happy to help you locate your order if needed. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
