Refund policy

Mistakes are rare, but they can happen. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours at johnnyandjunetees@gmail.com.

Be sure to include your order number, your name, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or store credit.


Returns are eligible for store credit only — we do not offer refunds. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to use your store credit toward a different size or style.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (smoke-free and free of pet hair). Please message us at johnnyandjunetees@gmail.com before sending your item back so we can make sure your return is handled correctly.

Include your order number in your return package and send us your tracking number once it’s on the way. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a code for your original purchase amount, minus any shipping, taxes, or rush fees.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back outside of these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.


We’re unable to accept returns on certain items, including personalized or custom pieces, jewelry, hair accessories (like clips and hair glitter), seasonal or holiday items, and items discounted 30% or more.
