You'll receive an email when your order has been fulfilled. For international orders we advise to place an order a month in advance.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure quality. Some items may be shipped separately; if so, we will send an email letting you know and provide all tracking numbers for you order.

Please note that orders may be delayed around major US Holidays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for misdelivered/lost packages, but we will do our best to help you locate your package if this happens. Please make sure your address is correct before purchase, as there is no guarantee we can update it once your items are in production.

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with similar colors recommended. Tumble dry low, or hand dry for longest life.

For your hats, spot clean as needed.

Send us a message within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you the information needed for your exchange.

Please include your order number in your package and message us your tracking number once it has shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we have received your exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process. Once processed, we will issue you a store credit to use at checkout to repurchase your desired tee.

The amount of this code will be for your original purchase price minus any applicable taxes, rush fees and/or shipping fees. All exchanges must be in original condition.

.If there is an issue with your order, as mistakes do happen (although rare), please reach out to us within 48 hours and include clear pictures of the mistake, and we will get a replacement sent out asap.
